Just Between Friends - shop, sell, save, smart!

Moms Helping Moms!

Thank you Everett & Monroe for being wonderful host cities for JBF! Through your support, a majority of the money earned from the event goes right back into the local community with most of it going straight into the pockets of local families.

One of the best things about JBF is that we get to serve the people, organizations & local businesses within our community. We LOVE our territory & are excited to be a part of helping moms save on the things they need for their family & also put some money back into their pockets!

How can you help?

Please consider donating your unsold items to our Charity Partner Arlington Kids' Kloset to help support children in our local community.

We also love helping local Non-Profit groups by serving as a Fundraising Partner!

  1. Fill out our simple online Fundraising Form* indicating your interest in becoming a Fundraising Partner. (*One form per Non-Profit group please.)
  2. Once approved, we will email you a digital JBF Fundraising Flyer to send to your members, parents, friends, or family prior to the event (Please do not distribute Fundraising Flyers to Shoppers at the event).
  3. When Shoppers bring in your Fundraising Flyer and present it at the register upon checkout, we will calculate and give your group a check for 5% of their pre-tax purchase within 4 weeks after the close of the event - Easy peasy!

    Total # of items donated = 16,837
Total consigned value of donated items = $65,105.50

Charity Partner Highlights

1. Arlington Kids’ Kloset is a 100% volunteer operated 501(c)(3) organization that provides new and quality used clothing, shoes and hygiene products, free of charge, twice yearly to children ages preschool through grade 12.

To utilize their services, students must qualify for free or reduced price lunch or attend ECEAP in the Arlington, Lakewood and Darrington school districts. They also provide services to children in crisis due to fire or sudden relocation.

Since opening their doors in May 2005, they have served thousands of children in our community. Various local organizations, businesses and their dedicated volunteers continue to be their cornerstone and allow them to serve more children each year.

2. Fostering Together is dedicated to finding and supporting foster families in Western Washington.

Developed in partnership between the state of Washington and Olive Crest – a national leader in transforming the lives of at-risk children since 1973 – the program aims to ensure safe, loving foster families are available to meet the diverse needs of abused and neglected youth. Fostering Together strives to increase the number of foster families across Western Washington, help families with the licensing process, and provide ongoing support to ensure their success.

All their services are free. No matter where you are in the process or what agency you are working with, Fostering Together is here for you.
